the base msrp is $4199 before the optics cut, that's $450 more, and a RMR runs $580ish

Is there a cash price? no it's not for sale. It always puzzles me when someone is interested in something knows what it would cost to buy retail, but has zero intellectual capacity to know what would be a reasonable offer.
