This Pre-War WW2 Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Style Dummy Training Rifle barreled action is in fair condition overall and shows expected signs of service, handling and storage. The receiver has not been ground and the original markings are intact. Several serial numbers can be found on the receiver, barrel and bolt though they are all different. The bore appears to be smooth and needs a good cleaning. Mild pitting can be noted but no serious damage from abuse or neglect can be spotted. Bolt appears to function though it has not been disassembled for cleaning and further inspection.

This is not an actual working firearm and it was never intended to fire a standard round, a majority of this rifle is made from cast iron not steel. Would make an interesting restoration project if you already have Arisaka parts on-hand. $250 OBO
