Pricing Feedback
Your thinking ($2,500 for the Elcan + $1,600 for the upper = $3,800 total with light) is reasonable for a quick private sale:
• Elcan SpecterDR 1-4x .308 BDC: New units are currently listing $3,000–$3,400+. Used/good condition examples move in the $1,800–$2,500 range. $2,500 is a fair “like-new” ask. 
• PWS MK214 .308 upper: New complete PWS .308 rifles/uppers trend $2,000–$2,600 when available. A never-fired piston upper in this config is easily worth $1,400–$1,700 on its own.
• SureFire light setup: Adds another $300–$450 depending on the exact model.
$3,800 for the full package is a strong but realistic private-party price. It leaves room for negotiation down to ~$3,500–$3,600 if needed, while still reflecting the premium components and unused condition.
If you want to move it faster, consider listing at $3,650 or $3,700 OBO.
