My colt anaconda 44 mag!! That is gorgeous, definitely my dream gun, but I'd prefer the 4 inch.

my marlin model 39 .22, its taken many squirrels, and my dad gave it to me for christmas when was 13 or 14. also my police 870, first gun I bought, at 6 +1, 3 in, its reliable, practical, and so dinged up (was cop's cruiser gun) its probably not worth anything to anyone but me.

My father's 8mm Mauser and my great-grandfather's Winchester 1890 .22.
Actually, both of those will belong to my son when he's old enough and he will be given instructions that if he ever thinks he needs to sell one of them, then he needs to sell them to me.

Hmmm, I recommend you ask the question as "If you had to declare bankruptcy under the laws of the Commonwealth, which one firearm would you declare part of your homestead?"
I'd go with my Great Grandfather's '73 Winchester. When my father inherited it, we took it to a gunsmith in Dallas. As we walked in the smith looked at the rifle and declared "now that thing has seen indians."
However, if I foresaw a zombie apocalypse, or other such event on the horizon, I'd probably pick differently as .32-20 is not a round I expect to be able to find in too many places.
I'm a fan of a number of my pistols, but if forced to choose just one gun, it would have to be a rifle, due to their ability to put meat on the table in an emergency. For that situation, I'd probably go with the 94 Winchester in 30-30.

I have a few guns my dad left me in his will that I could never sell. A ruger 10-22, JR Stevens .410 bolt action shotgun. For my 24th birthday my mom bought me a Ruger GP100 .357 4" that I could also never part with.

Of the almost 30 firearms I own, I could bear to part with any except my two 10mms, (610 and Kimber 1911), my 11-87P, my Remington 700 CDL, my Bison Armory 6.8 SPR, My CETME, and my Arsenal 5.45x39. The last two are my Zombie rifles. I really haven't formed an emotional attachment to the others yet.

This gear left to me by my dad will never be sold!! This was from his 30 year Navy career. Now that's a nice collection!! and that fact that your dad carried it. Makes it that much Sweeter!
