Comes with the cantilever mount and everything it came with new including the box and user manual. Works great! I just dropped a brand new battery in it. Currently have it on a rifle, but selling to go a different direction with the rifle. It's a 2MOA dot, 30mm tube 50,000 hour battery life. I believe it was meant to mimick an aimpoint pro.
