I was just told private gun sales are aloud in Virginia without going through an FFL. Can anyone confirm this?

I had understood that this had been rescinded by court order.
If that is the case I will just hang on to what I might consider selling.

you know.....this website states "ffl only" and provides a link to the state police site. When you click on the header for 'private firearm sales', it's BLANK. Meaning apparently even the staties don't know what's going on.
I'll continue to conduct private sales with absolutely NO PAPERWORK as god intended. Someone insisting on registering a sale is an absolute deal breaker.
