For those people who have pics to large and don't know how to shrink them below the 500K limit here is how:

Move mouse over photo icon right click

Select "open with" and click "paint"

Click "image" on the menu bar at the top, when the menu drops down, select "stretch/skew"

Change the horizontal and vertical stretch numbers to read less than 100 make sure both have the same number  (if you pic is 1000K then you will need to reduce by 50% to get down to 500K)

This may will take a few tries with the numbers to get the size below 500K depending on how large your picture is to begin with.
