Had a deal setup with the above user to buy my shotgun. Had agreed upon a time and place to meet as well as the price. User had my cell number, and I had his as well. He messaged me that he was leaving. I arrived to the meeting spot early. I waited for 20 minutes past the agreed meeting time. I called and texted twice, plus checked VAGT for messages. I'm just annoyed that I had dinner plans with friends and I decided to join them later to work around his schedule and he assured me he would be there.
