We agreed to a trade. We set a time, date and location. 4 hours before we were scheduled to meet up he texts saying he had an emergency with his in-laws. It sounded serious so out of courtesy I waited for him to contact me. A week and a half later I received no contact. I texted and he said he is no place to be able to get the rifle(he had to come up with $400 cash for the trade).

I have all text messages should they be needed for verification.
