Looking to sell a new Fortis Mfg Switch 308 free float handguard. This is 12.4” in length, perfect for a 14.5 or 16” build. It fits the common DPMS high AR10 pattern guns (Aero Precision, etc.). This length is no longer made, but you can see the newer versions on Fortis’s website (https://fortismfg.com/308handguardscomponents). This version also has the QD points at the front and rear of the handguard. The nice thing about these rails is that the barrel nut does not need to be indexed for the gas tube or for the handguard itself. Just torque it to the appropriate torque and the handguard slides on and clamps down. No shims or precise microtorquing to worry about. Also included is the Fortis barrel nut wrench, which ordinarily has to be purchased separately. $200 shipped and it’s yours.
