I asked twice if an upper was factory. He confirmed twice I take it home and notice some marks on the barrel. I pull the handguard. Gas block is a little crooked. Set screws look rough too. it's not Roscoe marked... pull the gas block and discover: -two sloppy "dimples" that are not in line with one another -4+ attempts at setting the screws [Imgur](https://imgur.com/EuKvgyI) So clearly this thing ain't factory. I message VDW to say as much. he says it much have come from optics planet that way. (this gas block has obviously been moved around a bunch of times.) So I say i want to meet up and get my money back ($300) OR we can split the difference of a new barrel and he can send me $50 (a new rosco 11.5" is $135) and we call it even. About 12 ours later I ping him to check in . It's been a few days. He's clearly not going to respond to me.
