To be clear, this applies to EVERYONE. Not just 18-20-year-old handgun buyers, who had a temporary exemption while this case progressed.

This is great news. For clarity, we all need to continue to comply with the UBC law until the court order is entered, correct? Correct, the injunction order has not yet been entered, so officially the law is still in force. Order is coming soon…

VCDL just sent out an alert...its been signed, its official on 10/29, UBCs are now GONE in VA. Private sales once again.

Really, how many background checks does a person have to have. Seems to me, a CCW permit should have been sufficient all along.
