This is a 1908 Colt Hammerless in .380 manufactured around 1916. As you can see in the pictures, it has the original two-tone magazine that was the thing back then. For a 110 year-old pistol, it's in great shape. There's honest wear at the high spots along the lines of the slide and the back. Near the serial number there were some initials lightly scratched...Probably (in my guestimation) an evidence mark (Think Lt Traeg from Perry Mason "Yes, that's my mark!").
