Was told it’s a NoDak spud upper, but can’t confirm it. Only see the Anchor Harvey forge mark

Very cool upper, lightweight. I have no problem keeping it as it has a retro/modern look. Have not had the chance to run it. Was told it was head space checked and shot about 100-200rds.
